We are happy you've chosen On Time Notary!

Before we are able to complete your signing service, we'll need some information. 

Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure quick and accurate placement.


Making A Payment

All Notary Services are pre-paid online, excluding real estate closings.

Confirmation of Service

You will receive an email confirmation within 2-hours after payment has been submitted. This email will contain a receipt of payment as well as a confirmation of the notary service to be completed.

Refunds

If you are to cancel any notary service prior to our agent traveling to your location, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after our notary has begun to travel to your location, you will still be responsible for the $25 travel fee and the remainder of payment will be refunded to you. 


Covid-19 Guideline

In order to comply with the CDC guidelines, all notaries are are required to wear face masks, use hand sanitizer, and maintain social distancing where applicable to complete your notarization.
