Frequently asked questions
Does notarization alone make a will or trust valid?
No. Validity depends on state law and proper execution. Notaries verify identity and signatures; your firm directs the execution.
Will the notary explain the documents to my client?
No. Notaries can't give legal advice. Client questions are referred back to your firm.
Can witnesses be arranged?
Witness requirements are handled separately. Tell us what's needed and we'll confirm what we can coordinate.
Is remote notarization available?
Only for some documents and states. We'll confirm whether it's an option for a specific request.
