Signing coordination that follows your firm's instructions

For estate planning attorneys, probate firms, real estate attorneys and business and transactional law firms whose clients need documents signed and notarized away from the office.

How we support your firm

Your instructions, followed

We coordinate each appointment according to the execution instructions your firm provides.

Frequently asked questions

Does notarization make an estate plan legally valid?

No. Notarization verifies the signer's identity and signature. Whether a document is valid depends on state law and proper execution, which is your firm's responsibility to direct.

Can you provide witnesses?

Witness needs are handled separately from notarization. Let us know your requirements when you order and we'll tell you what we can coordinate for that appointment.

Can every document be notarized remotely?

No. Remote online notarization isn't available for every document type or state. We'll confirm what's possible for each request.

Can any notary handle any assignment?

Not always. Some assignments need specific experience or availability; we'll tell you if we can't fill a request as described.

Do you go to hospitals and care facilities?

When available and appropriate, yes. Facility rules and the signer's condition can affect scheduling.
